Type the facts once. Get the legal opinion in the bank’s layout.

Software for property legal opinions. Your team enters the details from the scanned documents, the advocate reviews, and the report downloads as a Word file.

No sign-up. This is the screen your staff would use to turn scanned documents into a finished report.

This is the real data-entry screen from the software, with a sample file. Read the scanned document on the left, type the details on the right, and see them go into the file. Anything you change stays only in your browser. Open full screen

How a file moves

Every file follows the same five steps, so nothing waits in someone’s inbox.

  1. Log in the fileEnter the bank, branch, borrower and application number. Upload each scanned document as a PDF.Office staff
  2. AssignGive the file to a data entry person. The dashboard shows who holds what.Advocate
  3. Data entryThe PDF is on one side and the bank’s draft on the other. Type what the document shows.Data entry team
  4. QueriesRaise a query for a missing document or a doubtful entry. Replies and notes stay on the file.Everyone on the file
  5. Review and issueEdit the draft, save a version, download the Word file, and upload the signed PDF.Advocate

Type with the draft beside you

The scanned PDF is on the left. The bank’s report draft is on the right, with highlighted blanks to fill. As your team types, the paragraph builds in the bank’s wording.

The title history changes with the document type. A sale deed, a settlement deed, a gift deed or a will each read differently, and the paragraphs follow the chain in order.

Everything a title opinion needs

Each of these exists because a panel advocate’s office does it every day.

Bank formats

Banks ask for the same facts in different words, order and layout. You keep one file and choose the bank. Switching the bank lays out the report again.

Your bank not listed? We set up a new format from the bank’s sample report. Layouts are modelled on sample reports and may differ from a bank’s current requirement, so check the bank’s format before you issue a report. Bank names belong to their owners. CreateOpinion is not affiliated with or endorsed by any bank.

Word on its own, or CreateOpinion

Most offices already write these reports in Word. This is what changes.

Questions

Does it replace Word?

No. It writes the report and gives you a Word file. You can edit it in Word, add anything special, and sign as you do now. It removes the retyping and the reformatting for each bank.

Will the banks accept reports made with it?

Each bank decides what it accepts from its panel advocates. CreateOpinion prepares the draft in the layout you choose. The advocate reviews, edits and signs the report, as before.

Our bank has its own format. Can you add it?

Yes. Send us a sample opinion from the bank. We set up the format, and you can edit the wording yourself in Settings.

Who types the data?

Whoever you choose. Most offices have a data entry person type from the scanned documents while the advocate reviews. The advocate can also type directly.

What if a boundary or measurement is missing in the document?

Tick that the details are not given. The description is reworded to say so, so the report stays accurate.

How does billing work?

You top up a prepaid wallet and each file you log in is charged ₹200 plus GST. Recharges of ₹10,000 or more get 5% extra credit. Every recharge comes with a GST tax invoice.

Where is my data kept?

On our server, in a database kept separate for each firm, with private storage for uploaded documents. Ask us about backups and hosting location when you book the demo.
